Heart to Heart.

& I'm back! Hello there :) 


So the collage above is a little sneak peek into the start of my paper heart series! Teehee. Inspiration struck me on Valentines' Day, so I tried to snap some shots & trust me, it was not easy at all. But I am really pleased with the outcome of it & editing it is really fun! Back to updates; well, I'm pleased to say that I now have a job! It was really a long wait for the interview I wanted (1 month!) but as they say, 'Good things come to those who wait'. Twas a true quote! I'm pleased with the pay, the job & everything; today was my 5th day at work & despite it is so tiring, it is equally fun too! I'm glad that I've finally got something that takes me out of the house more often on weekdays; being at home can be fun, but it's the chores & lazing around that I don't like all that much. Fingers crossed that I can get back into the 'work' mode again; it's been quite a while since I've had to wake up early on weekdays & such, so it will take some adjusting, really. 


On the other hand, Easter is round the corner! I'm ecstatic for that :) Though, I'm not too sure if I'm joining. But as a participant, or as a spectator, I'm sure I'll be just as blessed & God will definitely move. :) 


Lastly, I just finished another of my Nicholas Sparks collection -- The Rescue. It wasn't very captivating at the start of the novel, but as I got deeper into the book, it got more intense & it certainly did grab a lot of my attention! It was yet again an amazing read; Nick Sparks writes so well that I, the reader, can feel the pain of the fictional character. That's just pure talent. If you're one who is a sucker for romance novels, Nicholas Sparks novels are definitely for you! He's the best romance novelist I've come across. :)

Sweet Summer Thoughts.

& I'm back to update this little space of mine! :) 

How's the week been treating you? On my side, it's been quite the ride; definitely full of a lot of ups, though! The snapshot above was also taken during my trip down south last month; it was Tiramisu flavoured, & to have that ice-cold Gelatissimo on a blazing hot day? Certainly a bliss. :) Who doesn't love ice-cream anyway? But speaking of weather, it has been extremely hot nowadays -- sitting downstairs at the poolside with my feet dipped in the waters doesn't cool me off that much, sad to say. It's hot enough to cook an egg on my head! 

So, on a happier note, the well-known 14th of February is just round the corner! As of now, I still haven't spent my Valentines' Day with a significant other (though I would love to of course!). But that doesn't stop me from feeling the love! Teehee. While we're at this, I am proud to say that I am most definitely a hopeless romantic, & I will always be. Poems, love letters, serenades, rose bouquets -- oh how my heart melts at the sound of those.

Castles & Daydreams.

Hello there! 

I decided to start up this little site on impulse; it was a rather quiet afternoon & I thought, why not, with it being the the 2nd month into a new year & also new memories :) So here goes!

daydream [noun]

1. A reverie indulged in while wide awake. 

Everyone daydreams a little now & then; be it in class, or merely before we close our eyes to a goodnight's rest. Because really, what is life without dreams? As for me, I have plenty of dreams that keep me waiting, hoping, for a reality such as they. What are some of my dreams, you may ask? Well, I wish for nothing more than to be a good mother, a trusted pediatrician, and a Godly role-model, one day. 

Let your dreams be your goals in life; something you want to reach, to accomplish. And most importantly, never let anyone destroy your dreams. With that little thought of daydreams, I leave you with this quote -- "Have faith in your dreams, and someday your rainbow will come smiling through." by Cinderella, the Disney princess.
